This book is mainly divided into three sections viz.- Models of teaching Methods of teaching and Technology in teaching learning. Illustrations from teaching in clinical setting typical classroom teaching learning and advanced technological learning ways have been incorporated. The various models and methods given in this book in a way would help conceptualizing the learning process that may assist teachers and students in identifying meaningful forms of active learning. These models and methods suggest that all learning activities nvolve some kind of experience or some kind of dialogue. The two main kinds of dialogue are Dialogue with Self and Dialogue with Others. The two main kinds of experience are Observing and Doing. Therefore teaching is an essential part of education. Its special function is to impart knowledge develop understanding and skills.
