The various feeding standards for farm animals are then discussed and the method of using the Morrison feeding standards is explained in detail Some of the economic principles which should be considered in the feeding of livestock are briefly discussed in Chapter XII Economy- in Feeding Livestock. Part II gives comprehensive information concerning the composition properties and use of all important feeding stuffs. The information concerning the value of each feed for all the classes of livestock is brought together in the respective chapters of Part II.
